Zoning is generally applied by authorities and covers predefined geographical areas. By configuring property zones in the system you will be able to have a list of all available zones and assign them to properties with pre-configured values. A property can have multiple zones applied and pre-configured values can be changed per property.
Open the administration interface
The administration interface may not be available to all users. Certain users may also have restricted access to only certain features. If the below steps are not applicable to you, please consult your administrator.

Click on the ⚙️Admin button in the main menu.

In the Properties section, click Zones.
Creating a new property zone
Click on the ➕New button and enter details in all the applicable fields. If you don’t have data for a particular field, you can leave it empty. When you are done press 💾Save.
You will now be able to assign the created zone to properties in the system using the Zone field.
Updating a property zone
Using your mouse, hover above the entry you wish to update and click on it.
Deleting a property zone
Using your mouse, hover above the entry you wish to delete and click on the red 🗑️ button.
